I’m back from a welcome vacation, and, as always, I return to a vibrant arts scene. My thanks to fellow Bee staffers Josh and Carmen for helping cover stuff while I was gone, including Josh’s ArtHop roundup in today’s Life section.
The Bee plays a starring role with its “Faces of the Drought” show featuring 28 photographs by Bee photographers, part of an ongoing series in print and online showing the scope of the disaster. If you’ve never made an ArtHop stop at The Bee before, I encourage you to check it out — we’ll have some good munchies!
Another Bee-related highlight at another gallery: Bee photographer John Walker offers a show at the Jewel FM Art Gallery.
Check out more of Josh’s picks here.
